New rules for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

For the next 60 days, the Veterans Affairs Department will be taking public input on new rules for post traumatic stress disorder.

The rules now require diagnosing and corroboration with a claims worker to verify it had been caused and resulted from a stressor condition. Under the new rule, just a diagnoses would be enough. Post traumatic stress, shell shock, or battle fatigue is all the same thing. We hope the rule gets changed and our veterans are able to get compensation and help.

You can visit http://www.regulations.gov and do a search for RIN 2900-AN32 in the keyword search box. It will show up at the bottom.
